Rioting in England

The rioting begun in Tottenham,London but have now spread all across the country to areas like Croydon,Birmingham & Leeds and as if rioting wasn't enough looting has been a massive problem aswell,because many police officers have been transferred to London to help out with the chaos in Tottenham,the cities they have came front have decided to rob retail stores because there is a low amount of police officers in their area.
